I highly recommend this place - I will still hear next time we come through La Veta. The house has everything you need! Perfect for a man like me who loves chopping wood and having fires. "Everything was great. The cabin is in a great location, and you have access to a variety of parks, trails, etc. The cabin is clean and extremely well organized. We got hit by a mid-March snowstorm and got snowed in for a day, and Krista went out of her way to get us plowed out and provide information. Great overall experience and highly recommended!"

"Such a beautiful house on a beautiful piece of land. I would advise you hit up the grocery store and gas station before making your way down the dirt roads to the house. The closest grocery store is about 20-25 min away. The house was fairly well equipped unlike many of the vrbo rentals we have stayed before. We got hit with a big snow storm and the people living on the property (I was told relatives of the property owner) were kind enough to help us get the snow away from the car and drive...

"Our family gathered at the ranch for a few days of connection and rest. The property is amazing-expansive and beautiful. The ranch house, bunk house and tiny house were extremely clean and comfortable. The Kenneys have been good stewards of their land. Their love for the ranching way of life is evident in every detail. "Recently built on the second floor of a downtown building there are several units and a conference area associated with this property. Walked around the corner to a great dinner at the Plaza Hotel, no problem finding street parking. Unit was very clean and quiet. When we had problems with the thermostat the owner immediately sent over the handyman who fixed it promptly. If trains bother you consider earplugs if they enchant you the BN runs through town and can be heard at night."
