"The hotel was very clean and safe. There was some trouble with a guest upstairs with children who were stomping around and jumping, but that eventually settled down. I did ask for a pet-friendly room and when I got there was told there were no more even though my reservation was accepted. They then proceeded to charge me an “extra” amount as a pet cleaning fee for that room. I felt that they should have made that known upfront, but the room was nice and the area safe. I would stay there again "
