“The hotel has 175 rooms, my friend and I we were the only guests in the hotel. They gave us a terrible welcome, they didn't provide to us any information and they lied about services. They didn't open to us the bowling, they didn't want to open the swimming pool and they were rude when we tried to complain. It was not a language issue, because my friend speaks Polish. Luckily, the manager she was kind and helped us because the receptionists were totally unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel....

“Poprzednim razem byłem w pokoju po remoncie - rewelacja. Tym razem przed - na piętrz gdzie własnie remontowali pokoje (po 9 rano trochę głośno) - wiec bez rewelacji. Obsługa miła, stan pokoju i jego czystość taka sobie, śniadanie takie sobie. Widok z okna super. ”

“The property is too old, floors were squeezing, no AC or heating regulator inside the room, rooms are too small to accommodate even 2 person, the client services are also poor. The good thing is that this property located close to some water pond and park where you can have a nice walk.”
