Nice hotel but feels a little jaded in places - taps very old and look dated. Facilities and staff very nice. Booking with Expedia meant it was room only which I hadn’t realised so had to book breakfast as extra

Great castle to visit, good history lesson. The current management are really geared to squeeze more money from visitors. Wasn't like this 20 years ago. Needs some cleaning and repairs in places. Spider/dust webs visible in places.
