"The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back."

"Two of the staff at Sonesta Suites provided excellent service. AGM, Wagner, addressed a problem immediately and sent a repairman. He contacted me personally to resolve an issue and by doing so, provided outstanding service. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The breakfast hostess, Maria, also provided excellent service by going out of her way to prepare waffles for the children when it was not waffle day. She was friendly, kind. AGM, Wagner, and Maria both provided outstanding service! Thank you both."
