This property is conveniently located to Connecticut College. The check in was smooth. The coffee in the morning was good. The pull-out sofa and the accompanying mattress were dirty.

We were on a visit to Connecticut College and this hotel was a short 5 minute drive away. Pull out couch was definitely dated but overall the room met our needs just fine

My husband and I stayed here for NYE weekend. Great location for the area, staff was very pleasant and welcoming, greeted us at all times. We had a second floor room, hotel is average in my opinion, the furniture in the rooms & breakfast area are dated and the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade, but overall clean! Breakfast was ok as well.

My room was not to clean, someone opened my door and woke me up early in the morning after I had just checked in after 6am after a 12 hour drive. The front desk told a stranger what room I was in I checked out early

Loved the hot cocoa and warm cookies as we checked in. Manager on duty, Matt, was very pleasant and efficient. Liked the set up of the suite, with microwave and fridge. Sofa for viewing tv was very convenient. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was excellent!!!!!!!!! Will come back!!!!

The room was clean and had all the amenities. The only negative item was the shower curtain rod that was not properly hung because it had been broken. You were able to shower and the shower curtain was in place.

Room’s HVAC equipment not working properly and auxiliary unit in room and gerry rigged to vent out a window that was blocked off with cardboard. This is unacceptable for a room costing over $300 a night. I did speak to the front desk and my room rate was discounted. In general the property was worn and dated. Room notices and information on xerox paper.

Over all great.
For the most part pretty good. Everyone nice, and breakfast was good. The only thing I would change is since we were there for a week, I wish we could've had a room on the back side with a view, our view was the back of the overhang. Maybe think about that when your assigning rooms. If we get to come back I would stay again.

Nice people, tired hotel
The people at the front desk are absolutely lovely and kind. There is a good breakfast bar with a lot of options. That said, the hotel was very expensive for the quality. It is relatively clean, but hasn’t been updated in decades. Peeling wallpaper, water damage, old HVAC units, the gym stinks of mildew and mold. The suites are clean, but tired and saggy. Everything smells a little bit wet. I would expect the property to be more in the low $100/night range, not over $200/night.
