“The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.”

“We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. ”

“The hotel is so stylish, with good location, friendly and efficient staff. The WiFi is at fast speed. The hotel also provides variety choices for breakfast especially fruits. There are a no of restaurants around, near to Paddington station and bus stations.”

“Noise of underground (subway) quite annoying, staff is nice, a very convenient hotel for tourists who need to travel by train. ”

“首晚到達酒店發現沒有冷氣，接待員只提供了吹風機給我。幸好再三要求才換到有冷氣的房間。但廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗手盤更在廳內！環境很差，即使有服務員打掃、但我跟同行人總是覺得有野咬，皮膚很痕。假如問我會否再來，不要跟我開玩笑！可惜的是在Expedia's中搜尋到如此惡劣的酒店非常失望！不明白為何有高評分，完全沒有可能給予高分及好評！”
