Excelent hotel, well conserved with that British touch. The staff very friendly and helpful, special mention for Manuela. And a great location close to restaurants and cafes and also with easy access to public transportation , definitely I will stay here again.

Great location when exploring the Kensington area as very walkable to attractions, shopping, restaurants and pubs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller but designed well to accommodate a family of 4 with 3 of the most comfortable beds. Be mindful of the street noise as we were on the main floor so could hear people outside.

We had a lovely garden view room which was so quiet. The rooms arent huge but it was clean and had everything we needed for 2 nights. The hotel was modern, light and clean. We were able to leave our luggage there on our day of checkout so we could go out for the day and we returned later to pick it up. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Lovely helpful staff. Within a 2 minute walk of the Central, District and Circle lines. Lots of places to eat and shops to get supplies. Would definitely stay there again.
