Great location and property was well kept. Be warned if you want to use the rooftop pool and hot tub after 7pm they turned it into a night club to cash in and no swimming allowed. Seems every night they give ‘free entry’ to guests but facilities are closed which sucks if you plan on relaxing in the roof top amenities they boldly promote. During the day. the limited loungers are behind a roped off section as they have them for outside ‘resort pass’ purchasers. Cash grab seems heavy with guests playing second fiddle.

the hotel is fine, however I bed sheet was dirty & we had to call to have it changed prior to going to bed. Also doing everything with the phone is a pain in the neck & does not always work, parking price is ridiculous, location if hotel is great.

All the staff were lovely…the pool on the roof was quite pretty and restaurant on ground floor was tasty.One problem, my room was directly across from the elevators and the chimes woke me up each morning before I needed to be awake.

We had an odd experience at this hotel. We booked a 2 night stay, and the second day we returned to our hotel room to be locked out, and once let in, all our belongings were gone, all our food and drinks in the fridge emptied. They mistakenly thought we overstated our checkout and took all our things out. Upon getting our things back, including a large tote and wallet, we had a large sun of cash missing. Sadly because it was cash there was nothing we could do to prove it, and the front desk never followed up with us and we did not get reimbursed in any way for our loss. Sadly it would not have happened if they had not mistakenly taken all our things prior to our second night stay. I thought they should have tried to offer something for their mistake which resulted in us getting our cash taken while our stuff was being held and in non secure area.

I was disappointed in my stay here. The majority of the staff didn't seem to love their job and you could feel that. Gratuity was already included in the bill so service was slow and minimal. I wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Weekend trip with my daughter to experience the Brightline, Restoration Hardware restaurant & Kravis Center performance! It was all a delight! Upon arrival at 11am, the Canopy staff didn’t hesitate to accommodate us. The rooms & hotel are tastefully decorated & there are many places to shop & eat in walking distant however, they do provide complimentary shuttle!
