Hi Sherry,Thank you for your feedback. Fairfield Inn properties do not offer dining and cocktails amenities. There a some properties in bigger markets that may, but it is not brand standard. Perhaps you would find Courtyard by Marriott a better fit for your needs as they do offer these services.

The property looks good, what I did not like was the daily cleaning was not good they do not clean well the bathrooms specially the bath tub and sink.

Breakfasts could have varied just a bit. Also the hot water in the carafe, was steaming as it came out, but once in the cup, it was barely lukewarm.
Otherwise, everything else was just wonderful.

Had to switch rooms twice, once because of the wrong room assignment (not what we reserved) and then once again because of a bad mattress. Otherwise, staff was super friendly and it’s 15 minutes outside of West Palm Beach downtown.
We truly appreciate your feedback that the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We work hard every day to insure all guests have the same experience as you.
Need to improve the internet service - I had problems with the service going in and out...the front desk said, the building has ongoing internet service problems

Breakfast hours (close at 9:30) are not good, especially for a holiday period. Food is bland and basically same choices each day. Having coffee available longer in the morning and perhaps evening would be nice. This property does not stand out from others in the area,
The property was very well kept. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the two managers. Pool isn't big but that was ok. In a nice area but not much around within walking distance when it came to restaurants and stores. We just Ubered.

Our room and sheets had a smoke scent to it. Was suppose to be a non smoking room.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a non-smoking property. On occasion, guests do smoke in rooms despite our being a non-smoking hotel. Had you let the staff know, they would have gladly found you a different room. I am sorry you had this experience while a guest in the hotel.
