"I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!"

"We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained. The bedrooms were cozy as well as the living area. Very close to many attractions if you enjoy hiking biking and water sports. Grocery shopping was very close. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Our only recommendation would be to have full propane available for an extra charge. Otherwise it was perfect!!!"

"We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable...

"We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property and will definitely stay again! The only two issues were the temperature variation from the main level to upstairs (it was extremely hot on the second level) and the very active railway and airport nearby meant a bit of noise. Overall a great property, very clean and definitely had all the amenities we could ask for and more!"

"We booked both upstairs and downstairs units for two families attending a swim meet. Beautiful home, gleaming hardwood floors, tastefully decorated. The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate."

"15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay."

"The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!"

"The front staff was very attentive. We checked in online and as soon as we walked in the very kind young lady at the desk immediately greeted us. Knew who we were from my ID that I uploaded for check in, remembered my name as well and never missed a beat. She also offered all of the information we needed without us even having to ask. Check in and out is very quick and efficient and they seemed to have at least two people there at all times. They were all very prompt and courteous. The room was pleasant and clean. We had a standard King room. The room was decent size, the bathroom in that room was small but sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of very comfortable pillows as well. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. I would definitely stay here again. If you do go for an even as we did their shuttle does fill quickly so we chose to Uber to and from and had no problem there as well. The hotel offers parking on your own or valet. The valet is definitely the better value if you plane to come and go often. "
