We stayed in an Executive Suite - a very nice large apartment with 2 bedrooms. Plenty of space and it had everything we needed. Lovely walk along the river nearby. Short drive to Ohope Beach.

Quite a noisey unit with thin walls. Noise feeding from other units. Very good quality beds and facilities. Great managerial service.

Easy check-in by text message. Room was clean and tidy. Only grumble is that the bathroom toiletries were sufficient for one person - there were 2 of us. Considering the cost of the room, a coffee plunger and decent coffee would have been a nice touch. We found the spa bath pump was extremely noisy and loud, so didn’t have it on for long. Otherwise a good place to break your journey.

From the time we arrived the service was fantastic. Pleasant and polite. A couple of things we didn't understand how to use but as soon as we mentioned it and explained it was sorted. So impressed bed was very comfortable, double spa bath overall great stay.

Everything was amazing and friendly. Just one humble recommendation. Please clean the inside of the electric jug. I rinsed out to get ready for cleaner and noticed it has black silt on the inside of the water level guide. Other than that highly recomend Aotearoa. Spa Bath studios are the shiznit!

3 issues with bathroom in unit 1 Needs window blind because of glaring sun in morning. Needs a couple of coat hooks so you can keep your clothes off the ground and dry. Some CRC on the bathroom door hinges would probably stop it squeaking and waking up your partner in the middle of the night. But all in all a magic motel, will be back, and bring CRC

This motel was amazing! Their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. My husband ended up having to have emergency surgery, the motel packed my husbands stuff up for him and held it until i got there. When we found out he would have to stay overnight they also got me a room and had all his things already in there for me. Honestly I cant say thank you enough! Will definitely come stay again when we come on holiday as the room was beautiful
