Accessing your house:
You will be provided with a unique code for the smart keypad of the door. 
Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
The lockout fee is $200.

Free parking in front of the house. There is a washer but the dryer is not working

3 pre-arrival online check-in steps:
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, there is a Community Safety Charge and Refundable Pre-authorization Hold depending on the length of stay that must be processed and can't be waived. To maintain a secure environment, the card used for fees must be in your name, if it's not, no problem! Just provide us with an authorization letter, a copy of the card owner's ID, and a friendly selfie of the card owner. This is to ensure that we have proper authorization and protect against any fraudulent activities.
The booker must be 21 years old and above. Identity verification is required; guests must submit a valid ID that is not yet expired and a selfie photo.

Pets:
There is a pet fee of $15 per pet per night. Certain breeds of dogs are not able to stay. All animals must also be up to date on their rabies vaccines.
