Beautiful Modern Villa
Awesome place to stay. Anything/everything you could possible need was available in this Villa. The place was beautiful and very clean.. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Also, the neighbors were very quiet and friendly.

Excellent home, location and hosts
This was a fantastic property with stellar hosts! Exactly as shown and listed with the bonus of a golf cart for traveling The Villages. The house was well appointed, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The location was very convenient to Sawgrass, community pool and golf course. Just excellent overall. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Just steps away from everything!
This little gem was so nice. We could walk to Sawgrass, the pool at the end of the street and so many walking paths! House is perfect for a couple or small family. We were there to check out the lifestyle and it was the perfect way to do it. First time using golf cart and it was easy. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfectly Positioned in The Villages
The house was comfortable and complete. The beds were especially good. The TVs in both bedrooms and the living room were appreciated. The location was great for walking, swimming, entertainment and dining. There was no excuse for being bored at Fred’s house.

Great spot!
Good location, good communication, comfy beds (but needs better pillows), very clean. Provided paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods. Wish it had a bbq grill and portable bag chairs, but would definitely stay again!

Our stay the this villa in the village of St.Catherine was perfect. This home had everything that you need. We enjoyed the the short walk down the street to the pool and also to Sawgrass to the nightly entertainment.

Loved, loved, LOVED this place. Condition of the property is “like new”. Owners are super-nice, great communicators, and have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Beautiful Home in an awesome St Catherine location in The Villages! Amenities galore and too numerous to mention! Nice Golf Cart provided to cruise the awesome cart paths! Owners provided excellent communications and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay!

This was our first time in The Villages. We loved our time spent at this house I wish it was mine LOL. There are no complaints here, owners are helpful and have thought of everything you need. I would definitely recommend renting from them!

Our stay at this home was great. Location close to adult pool recreation center and Sawgrass. Much of our time was spent on the beautiful walking trails. However, the golf cart was handy to go golf. Overall we enjoyed our vacation in this extremely clean home. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was welcoming and very clean. The pool is just a short walk, golf was excellent, weather was perfect! It was an easy drive to Lakeland to see a Tigers Spring training game and also to Cape Canaveral.

We had excellent stay at house. Property was immaculately maintained and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to Pickleball, pool and recreation center. Golf cart was great to get around.

We are sorry you felt the location was too far from some of the town squares. Brownwood is a five to ten minute drive and there are many recreational things you can do within walking distance without needing a cart or car. I am glad that the house was to your satisfaction.

Property was emasculate and well stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable.
Neighborhood was quite. Location was close to Brownwood town square and pool was within walking distance. Very relaxing area. I rode to all 3 town squares. Golf cart was great to have. I arrived late but self check in was great. I will stay here agai .

Always fantastic!
This property is always great; clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated! Our host Fred is responsive and accommodating. The property is in a fabulous location, close to Sawgrass Grove and Ezell recreation center and it takes minutes to walk to rhe St Catherine’s pool. We’ll definitely be back!

Easy check in. Beautiful house was as described. All of the basic necessities and kitchen items were there, and yet there was still plenty of pantry space to store your food items. Our family enjoyed spending time at the Homestead Pool, even my teenagers. Thanks for the stay!!

The location of the property was perfect. We wanted to be in the southern part of the Villages. The pool is 3 minutes away. As far as the house, everything was immaculate. The house was stocked with toiletries and some pantry items to get your started. Fred was quick to respond for any question we had. It was nice that a golf cart available however we didn't use it. We would definitely return.

Communication with the hosts was perfect and timely. Could have added a few more kitchen wares such as smaller bowls for cereal use. We understand about the home being brand new so it can take time. A short walk to the quiet, friendly neighborhood pool was pleasant.

Clean and comfortable home
My husband and I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom villa. It was well stocked with everything we needed and easy to get around. The golf cart got us to the pool and Regional rec center, plus Publix and Brownwood. It was a little hike, but fun on the golf cart and we didn't have to rent a car. We had additional family join us for some of the time and they had no complaints either. We checked out The Villages and loved it. This Villa is located in the newer area of the Villages and lots more is coming that will be closer.
