Beautiful Home & Great Location!
This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family stay in the villages. It is closely located to an adult pool and family pool and a short golf cart ride to Sawgrass. The home had everything we needed and comfortable in every way! Having morning coffee on the lanai with the water view was a perfect start to each day! The nearby walking trails were an added bonus! Would stay again without hesitation!

Beautiful, serene home
The house was everything we expected and more. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings on the lanai watching the wildlife. James was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pre home renovation getaway
Second visit to this property & it’s just as immaculate as the first visit two years ago, home away from home for us, we enjoyed plenty of cycling with Sumter Landing Cycling Club, tennis & dining @ various restaurants. Amazing home. Wonderful vacation
This vacation was amazing. The home came with a beautiful lanai overlooking a small lake with palm trees and beautiful sunrises every morning. The lanai was complete with 2 comfortable tables, one being a fire table which was so inviting at night. The home was complete with everything we could possibly need and more, We were very close to Sawgrass Grove with restaurants and entertainment very night. The golf cart was so much fun and even our dog went for a ride. Our hosts James and Holly were great people and got back to us immediately. Great vacation getaway!
Loved the house! The space was nicely furnished and included everything needed. Enjoyed the 4-person golf cart and the close proximity to Sawgrass and the grocery store. The walking path just north of the subdivision's postal center/pool was the perfect place to take our little pug on a daily walk! The nicest and best feature of this home is the lanai overlooking the pond, where we saw lots of bird, ducks, and turtles. Highly recommend this property!

Peaceful Luxury

Wonderful stay at the Villages!
Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious home during Thanksgiving week! It was very clean and well equipped for the week that we were there. It’s a great location with many amenities near by and our host, James, was quick and helpful in answering any questions that we had. Wonderful vacation home
Thank you James for sharing your house with us! You have a beautiful house in a friendly village (as we met the next door neighbor). All of the necessities that you provided were much appreciated. The golf “car” for 4 (all facing forward) was a definite bonus for our family as we rode around everyday checking out all the villages and new builds. The location near a pool was fantastic as it was real feel of 116* most of our trip. Being near Sawgrass square was great for good food and nightly entertainment. We hope to come back and enjoy your house again!

A Gem
This is our second year in this gem of a home. The Hawkins home is a relaxing place to stay in The Villages. Close to Sawgrass for fun, entertainment, and food. The house is inviting and has everything to offer including a golf cart. We enjoy the evenings just sitting on the lani while talking about our day and planning our next day activity.

Amazing property and location
Our stay was so amazing! Driving around in the golf cart was fun and adventurous. Would recommend spending the $ on the village gps golf cart app even though it wasn’t always accurate it helps a lot. This property is in a great location and was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Not too soft or too hard. We slept great! James was great w any questions we had and very responsive. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. We hope to stay again sometime!

Great House, pretty view!
The house was spacious and very open and clean with a pretty view of the pond. We loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed, and the kids and dog loved the backyard. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone coming to stay in The Villages.

Very clean, well-appointed house, with great furniture, comfortable bed, a superb kitchen with high end appliances, and cookware. The screened in lanai was wonderful and even has a fire pit. We spent a lot of time out there! The neighborhood was well kept and was a joy to drive around in with the included golf cart. The nightly entertainment at the nearby Sawgrass pavilion was great, and all the hundreds of other things you can do at the Villages was included with the pass James included. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home.

A quiet haven
When we first arrived we had trouble getting in. James was very accessible at a touch of a button. Not only was he pleasant online but also pleasant to talk to by phone. Home is beautiful. Everything that we needed was there. Terrace view’s excellent! Clean and quiet. Location incredible. This definitely felt like home away from home. Overall a delightful stay! We have rented many places and this was by far our best experience. James is very welcoming and encouraged us to enjoy his home. The house itself is in perfect condition. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better! The yard is totally fenced in which was terrific for our dog. The fence also provided privacy which seems to be absent in many homes at the villages. The king size beauty rest mattress was extremely comfortable and we sleep on a tempurpedic at home! The towels were nice and thick. We only stayed three nights but there were nice supplies of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, spices, plastic wrap, foil and glass storage containers which are sometimes absent in other rentals. James also provided start up supply of water in the refrigerator. Just nice welcoming touches. The house itself is in a great location with a very pretty pond to watch for the turtle! I highly recommend this property.

Peaceful paradise in Village of Hawkins
We loved this property and it is even better then the pictures. The reviews of this property from other renters is spot on and why it gets a 5+ review from us as well. Very clean, supplied with everything you need and it is quiet with a great view. Spent so much time on the Lanai looking at the pond and our pet Lab was just as happy doing the same. Fenced in yard makes it perfect for you and your furry friends to enjoy. James was a wonderful host and responds to any questions in a moments notice. You can tell he put his TLC into this home and wants you to enjoy it. Thank you! Already planning our next stay here and can’t wait! Looking for a place in the Villages this is a can’t miss for you!

This beautifully appointed home in a picturesque location in The Villages provided comfort, luxury and hospitality for our Thanksgiving getaway. Exceeding our expectations, this home felt welcoming with well- considered details like plush towels and ultra soft linens. Netflix was a nice extra along with dog bowls for our furry family members. Thank you for allowing us to bring them. They romped in the fenced yard and watched the huge tv with us from the comfort of their dog beds while we lounged on the leather sofas. Loved those beverage holders!

Great location and all you will need to for a great vaca
We rentals James house and everything was as stated in the description. The residence was clean, well equipped with all kitchen needs for cooking that we needed. Neighbors had were friendly and very welcoming to the community. The rear patio overlooking the pond was all of our favorite spot to talk and catch-up with our lives. Short ride to Sawgrass via supplied golf cart with rental. The six of us appreciate the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us. We look forward to going back if it’s available to rent. This is a fourth VRBO we have been part of but it’s #1 on the list.

Beautiful house. Great location.
This house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect location. Having access to the golf cart (which would fit 5) is so nice for cruising around the neighborhood and going shopping. The view with the lake is peaceful. The firepit table on the screened lanai is calming. It was perfect for our visit. Our host, James was so nice and quick to answer any questions we had. Extraordinary New Home
Extraordinary is an understatement! James corresponds immediately. It's obvious that he wants your stay to be special and unlike any other. High quality everything in this house. We enjoyed the 4 seater golf cart every day. The fully opened glass doors opened to the screened lanai which brings the gorgeous outside to the inside. We ate on the lanai and often used the table top fire pit after dinner. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't eat out much because of covid so the kitchen was a dream to use. Al Clad pots and pans, Keurig coffee pot, 2 large tvs with every station you would ever want, stoneware dinnerware, all stainless steel appliances with a GE chef gas stove. The house is in the new community of Hawkins with friendly neighbors. The community pool and Aviary community center are close by. We would highly recommend this house. Don't waste your time looking for anything else.

Loved this home
This home is beautiful and we loved being there. The view from the lanai was perfect and so relaxing. The furniture was comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. The golf cart was so fun and we loved riding in it. It was nice that it was a bigger one, so we could all fit in it.
