Dependable and quality stay

"This was a DEPENDABLE and QUALITY stay. There were plenty of staff on hand which is excellent and ran line hotels are SUPPOSED to run. We had handicap access and were capable of bringing the dogs which was great. We appreciated Best Western was capable of accommodating us. The only thing is the giant pot hole when driving into the facility. Someone needs to get that fixed before someone loses a tire on that. Breakfast was normal. We were happy with it. No complaints except for a spider in the room but it’s the season for them to be coming out so…"
