One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. The bedsheets hadn’t even been changed and there were crumbs in my bed! This hotel is dirty and disgusting. The lady at the front desk was nice, but that was about it. If I hadn’t been so tired that one night we stayed There I would’ve gone somewhere else. Could not wait to get out of there.

The single most disgusting, dirty, and scary hotel I've ever stayed in in my 50 years. I thought they banned smoking in hotels 20 years ago yet this place was literally an ashtray. My clothes smelled like this s...hole the next day. Pretty sure the shower hadn't been cleaned in a decade either. Stay away from this place. A different franchise location in western NY was 10x cleaner. They must be separatley owned for there to be such a vast difference in quality and cleanliness.

The facilities were disgusting...the price was right, I did not expect a ***** facility, but I did expect cleanliness. The sheets had not been changed since the previous guest, someone else's hair in the shower drain. And the saddest continental breakfast I have ever seen....a container of mini doughnuts from BJ's, corn flakes that someone had bagged in snack sized zipper bags, white bread with some butter and jam packages, orange juice and milk in the fridge with coffee.

This facility is listed as a non-smoking facility the whole entire building, as well as the room that was given to me reeked of cigarettes. In addition, there is mold in the showers, sinks and tile floor. The sheets are dirty and stained, as well as hairs found in the bed. Carpets are filthy and debris everywhere.

This hotel is disgusting has marks all over the wall who knows what it is yuck! Doors to restroom are slide doors that provide no privacy if you travel with someone else. Knobs are nonexsisting. The tiles are broken and shower filthy. I could not dare to put my body to even sit on the bed, light switch doesn't always work and if you want to relax and go in the pool you'll need to wait for summer because the box they call pool is an outside Pool. Place smells like (smoke) cigarettes. Worse place I've been to by far. I did not stay even after my reservation cut off time.

The whole property should be tore down and rebuilt! When I rented it said “smoke free”. The whole place smells like cigarettes and garbage. I’m pregnant with a toddler, diabetic son and our daughter has cancer. There was a suspicious stain on our walls. I had to check out immediately and my family and I had to sleep in our car till the next morning

Everything was posted as non smoking, but the lobby and halls had a strong odor of smokers, though the room didn't smell bad. The room was clean, but the sink in our room drained extremely slow. We had a change in plans and were most grateful that they were willing to charge us just for the night we stayed, and not for the four we had reserved.

The room, though shabby with age, was clean and the bed was comfortable. The heat-a/c unit was very noisy. We turned it off. Overall, not a terrible stay if you don’t mind a little patina from old age.

The room smelled so strong of cat pee. The TV wouldn't work. The heat didn't work. I didn't even bother trying to get help cuz nobody stays at the front desk. You have to ring a buzzer and when they feel like it they come. We found sunglasses and other stuff that we didn't bring in the room. I asked for a king bed and got 2 doubles instead. It was disgusting.

That place was absolutely disgusting! I would not even let my dog stay there. I highly recommend you take this motel off of your site. Just saying. The smell of mold and cat urine was insane in the room!!! The hallway was even disgusting. The only thing that would improve this motel would be a bomb.

Booked through Hotels.com and when i arrived to check in, it turned out there was no vacancy. Not sure if it's the fault of Hotels.com or Rodeway Inn, but long story short, the 2 people working the front desk pulled a ace out of their sleeve and got me a room. Very nice, very helpful, and it was a little after 1am, so i withdrew really been in a bind had they not figured something out. Halls are a little dingy, but rooms are nice and clean, except for mold in the mini fridge. Comfortable bed, good towels, great price. Free breakfast is just breads and cereals, but other hotels were charging more with no breakfast. Would stay here again.

The workers were friendly and that’s the only nice thing I can honestly say. Our room was musty, smelled like cigarettes and marijuana and was very run down. The pillows were not clean, the linens are stained, the picture on the wall above the bed had fallen off and was lying on the bed upon our arrival. There was a dead beetle inside in the bed when we pulled back the sheets. We almost left, but asked for a cleaner room and they had one. The nice ladies had just finished changing the beds so it was a little more comfortable and felt fresher. Doable for one night but never never again. The lobby was misrepresented and really rundown, smelly and dirty. The outside surroundings were not great. The hotel is in a rest stop so the parking lot had discarded garbage and a dirty diaper. Carpeting is so dirty and stained, we never took off our shoes. We slept in our clothes.

The price was cheap, but for the condition of the property we over paid .one good thing I didnt find any bed bugs surprisingly. the hotel has mold growing on the walls in plain site no one appears to care. staff was friendly. shower in the room in 122 takes a long time to get warm water and the shower floods the bathroom. Hotel appears to have permanent undesirable ressidwnts smoking pot and drinking in the parking lot, no screens on most of the windows and pool is not usable. But you get what you pay for I learned that lesson.

It is what it is - a hotel at a truck stop
When I entered the room, the toilet flush lever was hanging out of the tank, making it unable to operate. I tightened the nut back on, but the armature is still not designed to work with the part there, so it’s not a smooth action. The shower was fine, though at 6’2”, I found the height of the shower head to be less than ideal. I didn’t spend much time in my room, but the A/C sounded overdue for maintenance or replacement- it was rather loud. At around 5 or so, the smoke detector in my room began chirping- I assume it needs a new battery, which is par for the course. The bed was large, but the mattress was not comfortable. The carpet looked like it was recently vacuumed and the bedspread, while having old cigarette burns on it, didn’t appear to be dirty. There was nothing about the room that made me want to spend any length of time in it. It’s a hotel at a truck stop and it meets a certain price point- you get what you pay for and nothing more.

Would have liked to know ahead of time that location was in a truck stop parking lot Desk clerk appeared unclean and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
Absolute dump. There are long-term dwellers here. Shower was filthy, no water pressure, we ate breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts because I didn't trust the food quality - he took a box of frosted flakes and measured them into ziplock bags, had donut holes from BJs and slices of bread. Couldn't get wifi to work, wallpaper coming off the walls, and the carpet looks original...from about 35 years ago. Smelled, and folks smoking all over the place (even though one of those long-term folks has a sticker on the door that says oxygen is in use and somebody has a welcome mat in front of their room door.)
