Wedding Weekend
House was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable enough, house was clean, and location was great (easy walk to the river front as well as the wedding venue). Host allowed us to check-in early and was very responsive. Minimal thing to do before check out. We'd stay here if we were to visit Wilmington again

Perfect
We rented for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time. The house is much larger then photos make it look. Our daughter's wedding was perfect and so was out stay.

Thanksgiving visit
Visiting family for thanksgiving—we were able to do a full dinner without issue and location was easy to get to small businesses Saturday in downtown Wilmington. We are repeat guests at this Vrbo and will continue to be back. :)

Get location for 70.3 race weekend!
This was a very clean, well maintained property. It is very close to the downtown. It was quiet and perfect for us. I highly recommend!

Just superb!
Lovely, clean, big, sunny house. Very nicely refinished, with all updated appliances, but retaining lots of charm. The place was perfect for our daughter's destination Wilmington wedding - we could walk everywhere. The area was very safe, and quiet, despite being so close to the action. We would go there again in a heartbeat.

Girls Night Out
We loved the home and the decor. It worked so perfectly for our weekend celebration and the location was even better!! Parking was not an issue for three vehicles since 6 girlfriends stayed. Home had everything we needed!!

Memorial Day visit
Beautiful property and a perfect location to explore downtown Williamsburg and nearby beaches. House was beautiful & very clean. We didn’t cook—just doordash but the kitchen looked to have everything one would need. Hosts were always responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation this property
