I wish I could provide pictures of the condition of this room but don’t see a way to do it. Expedia shouldn’t even have this location recommended. Dirty, lousy plumbing repair in the bathroom, filthy chairs, curtains that wouldn’t close and sheer curtains on the window that were about 2’ too long and hung below the drapes in front of the AC/Heater. The worst complimentary breakfast that I have ever experienced. We did not eat there. I grabbed a cup of coffee upon departure and it was extremely weak and was discarded. Tried to cancel the remaining 4 nights of our 5 night booking but they would not even consider it.

For a “cheap” motel it was great! Staff was very nice and property was decent. We stayed Saturday night and there was only one loud group going back to their room that I heard. Breakfast room was very well kept and nice. Fitness room was also well kept and nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Room was really nice and clean and was not out dated.

I did not like the lack of cleanliness, you can tell no one swept and hair from previous visitors were left on bathroom floor. Bed sheets and bedding, are not wash or change. Stains

Quality Inn
The staff was very friendly at check in/check out. The room was clean and I felt safe at the property. The room was outdated and the bed was rock hard, which isn’t my preference. Can’t beat it for the price.

The outside of the building was neat and clean and no homeless appeared to be camping any where close by. The laundry room was neat clean also. Our room: for the most part was clean. The only negative comments I have are the carpet was sticky in the bathroom area and the counter had been wiped but there was debris that I cleaned up with wipes.

Two things. In the photos there is clearly a hot tub but there is not one here. Also all our toiletry items like shampoo conditioner and lotion was previously used and half full.

Awful - accidentally booked a smoking room and refused to switch it or give money back. Room stank, had rodent feces, roaches, and bathroom and sheets were dirty. We left.

I was given a smoking room and did not know how that was the case since I'm allergic to cigarettes smoke. I never pay for smoking rooms since I don't smoke. I had to pay to change the room, which is ridiculous. Also, there was not a single charging station near the hotel or at the hotel.

If your goal is to get a good nights sleep this is NOT your hotel. In addition, our room was in disrepair. The ceiling had an obvious old water leak, the walls has what appeared to have an old liquid which was sprayed on the wall, the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose, and the walls are so thin we could hear our neighbor snoring all night. If you want to sleep past 4:30 AM forget it—either the trash truck, leaf blower, or traffic won’t let you.

I was booked for a smoking room. I’ve used you before and NEVER got a smoking room. I had to PAY $50 per night for them to change to nonsmoking. Occupants next door to my room kept up partying noise ALL Saturday night. Ridiculous!!!!

I didn’t realize they had smoking rooms because it was in California. I booked a smoking room by mistake and they if we wanted to switch to a nonsmoking room it would cost us an additional $50.00.

I am an over the road truck driver, as long as you don't have a trailer, the property manager allowed me to park my bobtail on the property. I am an above knee amputee, so I needed a handicap accessible room. The desk clerk succeeded in making a room available.

We got the room an hour later of check in. Personal was very rude . There was spiders in the room spiderwebs. The next day the front desk lady name Sarah kicked me and my family out at 6 in the morning, she was rude very rude. I did not get the refund of that day that she kicked me out.
