Overall it was a nice hotel to stay with the price. It was near by Rangoon City Hall, Church, Sule Pagoda, Sule Garden, City Plaza and walking distant with Aung San Market. Last year (2018), Multicultural Buffet dishes were better than this year(2019)and this year, price for the food was increased with less items. But still ok for me. Hotel staffs are friendly and try to speak English. I am glad to see they are start learning English. The Hotel cleanliness is you can't do much. Burma has a lot of dust and I don't know how they can keep up with it. Hope they will find the way do to so... Overall it is a nice hotel to stay!

It was safe and convenient to the city center. Staff are friendly and responsive to guest. Varieties of food (buffet) at breakfast. Tea and coffee are very sweet. If you are anti sugar you need to add 1:1ratio hot water into tea or coffee. Bread slid taste was like a paper and thin. Need good quality bread. Overall it is a standard and basic affordable clean hotel.

Nightmare 506
A hotel in busy downtown which could have been perfect spot for tourists but the conditions of the room is basically a nightmare. Old and dirty bathroom was the lowest point of my stay. Booked and paid in full 24 hrs in advance, checked in at almost midnight to room number 506. Checked out as soon as the sun rised next day. I was told that only 9th and 10th floors are renovated. If you are 6foot 4, you won't be able to hav a shower standing straight. If you are a American Basketballer, your hair will be a good vleaning brush for the ceiling inside the bedroom area. Basin sink, bathtub, shower area have brown stains which i don't want to know what it was. Yangon offers so many choices for your accommodation but best to avoid this hotel. Stay At Your Own Risk....

Great location, easy to get to from the airport bus that drops you at sula pagoda, lots of interesting old buildings in the area. Decent size room, comfy bed and good air conditioning, bathroom was very run down tho, cracked tiles, just looked a mess, but it's good value for the location, OK breakfast, helpful staff, would stay again if in yangon

Located in downtown Yangon, very convenient location! Clean, friendly staff! Buffet breakfast, simple but enough for me, with local and western food choices.

We chose this hotel because the price was reasonable and we were staying a few weeks. It's an average hotel conveniently located downtown. They offered a wide selection of buffet breakfast but they also opened it up to the public and it is too crowded in the mornings. Not recommended if you want to read your paper quietly in the mornings and get ready for meetings during the day. Staff was friendly and helpful, but not very good at making customer service decisions. My nephew checked in and booked for a week at the dormitory rate but when he wanted to upgrade to a private single room, they would not give him credit for the balance of the days he had booked. Hotel in general was average, not too clean from an international perspective but good for local standard.

Great location!
The location of the hotel was outstanding. Downtown and near Sule Pagoda. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The front desk and all workers were excellent and very helpful. I recommend this hotel for value for your money and staff helpfulness.

Don't stay here.
You can get a better hotel for the same price. Bathroom is horrible, they hired someone who does not know how to lay down tiles and grout between the tiles. Bath tub has a water heater above it, you just wanted to take a quick shower and get out. Room is clean, but its old. The corridor has old carpets. Well I can go on and on. Only good part is that it is down town.

Myanmar Adventure
We were anticipating this trip to be a "blend" of our last adventure to Angkor Wat, Cambodia and an earlier trip to Bangkok, Thailand. The Hotel was fine and reasonably priced....the staff was very polite. But one day was all we could handle.....a tour of the local temples....beautiful....but once that was completed, we decided to head back to Kuala Lumpur. My wife could not handle the deplorable living conditions that we witnessed. She got terribly depressed and cried until we get a flight out. Be prepared.
