"Staff spoke almost no English. The air conditioning in my room was broken and it took quite a few tries to explain and find a solution. The Hotel is nice but the rooms are little bit worn, clean but not new."

"it was a very good experience, the location was not the best , however it is close to the biggest attraction which I visited and was very pleased ( the small west lake) for people over 70 were free . front desk persons were very nice tried to make us feel comfortable, the town is not that big , taxi cab fare is cheap which has no problem for us to get to everywhere, we had good time great food in town."
