We try to stay in Williams when traveling through so we can have dinner or breakfast at Granzellas. The bed was very cozy and the shower was nice. We enjoyed our stay. The walls in the room we had were kind of thin and we could hear our neighbors talking quite easily. Thankfully they didn’t have potty mouths and they went to bed relatively early. But it could just apply to that particular room?

They did honor a request for a first floor room. This is very helpful seeing as there is no elevator and my 70 year old body no longer likes stairs.

This property is very tired. It requires a lot of fixing. Carpet in room worn & dirty. Rotten wall around air conditioner. Paint lifting in bathroom.

The listing on Expedia notes an elevator for accessibility and that it is two floors. Upon checking in, my family was given a room on the 2nd floor. We had 4 peoples' worth of luggage to get out of our truck and get upstairs, and I asked if there was a cart, but the clerk at the counter couldn't locate one and said people must have taken them to their rooms. I asked where the elevator was so we could just carry our luggage, but she said there was no elevator. Guess a cart doesn't do much good, then. I also asked about a later checkout, since we were checking in very late due to traffic, but she just said if we checked out after 11am there would be additional charges. Thanks.

The easy access from the freeway was a big plus. Traveled with bicycles and staff graciously accomodated our ground floor preference so we could move our bikes in and out simply and quickly.

We had stayed at this facility years ago and we're disappointed this time. When the shower was turned on half of the water came out of the tub spout at the same y. The TV remote didn't work When asking the front desk for help she said to get behind the TV and fiddle with a button After about a half hour we were able to get a channel we want. No offer of help. Generally disdatified .

We asked for a corkscrew for wine we had brought, the person at the front desk said "no we don't have those, we get asked this a lot". I was curious as to why they get asked this a lot and yet haven't rectified the situation. The doors slam shut loudly, so we were woken early by people coming and going. There were obvious stains on the bedspread. It's fine for the price but I'd probably spend a little more for better quality and sleep.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff but quickly learned the parking lot was small. No room for trailers. One room was nice and had everything listed in the description however the second room had stains across the carpet and was missing the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and the description stated they had an elevator which they do not. The breakfast was your traditional continental breakfast and was ok.

liked: The location was convenient, right close to the freeway. I liked that it was a small town, away from distractions so that I could focus on personal items. Spacious room for a better price than I paid at a smaller and less prepared place elsewhere earlier in the trip. didn't like: The breakfast was mediocre at best. Luke warm folded egg patties and muffins that did not appeal to me.

There was no light above the sink in the first room assigned. Moved us to another room on 2nd floor. Said no more rooms available on ground floor. No elevator. Had to climb stairs with luggage and a dog who is old and somewhat crippled. One of bedside lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Had to unscrew lightbulb to get it to quit.Did not get a good nights sleep.

Good low cost option for traveler on the road. Good value for the price. Nothing fancy, just a decent place to stay. Friendly staff, pillows were pretty firm and tall, air conditioner not noisey (many are very loud), basic breakfast. I will definitely stay there again as I'm in this area regularly.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The phone did not work in either rooms that we had reserved. Both rooms smelled musty. The customer service was not very friendly and helpful. The advertised breakfast was not even close.

Not great, don’t recommend.
I was stopping over on a long drive with my dog, and just wanted a quiet clean room to sleep and get some rest before another full day of driving. I usually stay at another Williams hotel, but they were booked up and had gotten more expensive. Check in at the Ramada was easy, but upon getting to my room, it was clear the hotel hadn’t been well maintained. Light switches were missing, the carpet was very stained, sink was missing a drain plug, and the fridge wasn’t all that cold either. There were some residual stains on the sheets as well- I think they were definitely “clean” but just didn’t look that clean anymore. The walls were very thin or poorly insulated, so even with earplugs, I was woken up by my upstairs neighbors multiple times. Overall, not the most restful sleep and I almost wish I had just slept in my car and not wasted it here.
