Our stay here was great. The bed was super comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good. I think this will be our go to when we stay in Yuma :)

Newer Hotel, than a Choice Hotel we booked in Havasu. Staff was cordial. Room was clean. We were on the 3rd floor & it took awhile for the hot water to make it up to us. It was more warm & not hot coming out the shower head when turned to the fully hot setting.

The front desk accidentally got the rooms confused and so at 3 am someone tried to get into my room and woke me up. It was quite scary.

This has become our "go-to" hotel in the Yuma Foothills area because it is conveniently located near family. The staff is friendly and helpful. This trip we misplaced a car key fob and the desk clerk helped us by looking all around the property. Two complaints...we were there two nights and while I understand why they wouldn't want to change linens unless requested, I don't understand why they didn't straighten up our room. Secondly, I noticed, after I got home, that the invoice indicated the room rate did not qualify to earn "Choice Privileges points". That doesn't make me want to stay there again since we paid over $200 per night.

Location of hotel is nice, not far from hwy 8. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. The provided breakfast was delicious! There were many options and everything was fresh. Our room had an overwhelming strong 'perfume' smell that we had to open the window to air out. There wasn't a screen on the window, didn't like that.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was informative, professional, and really nice. Had a bottom floor room which was great. Comfy bed and couch, clean nice bathroom, decent water preasure. The bathroom fan didnt work and the thicker privacy window drapes didnt close all the way due to the design of the runners, which i didnt feel was necessary to go and do anything about it, though i shouldve brought it to their attention upon checkout but forgot. Would recommend to stay

We were surprised to find a well maintained and clean hotel in Yuma. Front desk was quick and helpful. Bed was a little soft. Towels are close to end of life. Overall, we enjoyed our over night in Yuma.

There was a very noisy event on the floor above our room that woke my husband and I on our second night. Lasted a long time. Quite disturbing. Otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.
