We are really sorry for hearing that you did not have a pleasant stay in our Tenuta, since we tried to meet all you needs and requests. First, you did not like the room very much, so we showed you multiple times three different kinds of triple rooms and let you decide which one you preferred. Moreover, it is perfectly clear that Tenuta Albertini is not situated in the city centre; it is actually a mansion in the countryside. In fact, we gave you a detailed map of Verona town centre, explaining where the best parking places are; we recommended the most popular sites for sightseeing, as well as some local restaurants and pizzerias, located in the town centre, as requested. In conclusion, our restaurant menu offers a wide range of starters, first and second courses, desserts, with vegetarian and vegan alternatives and a childern menu. We also add some new dishes every week. If our guests have some specific requirements, we always try to understand and offer something different. For this reason, we do not permit to have take-away pizza delivered here, as you asked.
