"All in all very good! Location good and convenient and super clean. Apartment has everything you need and then some, including a very comfortable bed. Host has left little to chance and good communications. Door lock is tricky - code simply allows deasbolt to work so must use going in and out. Nice outside patio and good A/C. The only downside is TV can go in and out with overly complicated profiles and settings and loss of WIFI input so be sure to resolve if you need, I didn't watch TV much so...

"It was decent but the photos are a bit misleading...outdated with remnants of yesteryear throughout. The roof access is actually outside of the room (with a clothes hanging on a clothes line). The sitting area (with the view) has outside exit is an locked emergency only exit (no access to outdoors). No access to dock. "The property was in a great location halfway between Belize City and the airport with a beautiful setting on the water. Unfortunately, they could not find our reservation when we first arrived. There were some power issues and we lost power a couple times, making the apartment quite hot without the AC running. Also, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. On a positive note, the unit was spacious and felt safe. The water pressure was great and the pool was relaxing. The host was very responsive...
