GM was excellent in providing information at check in. Was if as he owned the place. Room excellent. Convenient to Riverwalk. Excellent restaurant/bar on top floor.

Great staff that make you feel welcomed. They take customer service to the next level with attention to detail. Will be coming back.

Air conditioning was nit working for the days we were there. Heat index of 112⁰ and no air...no compensation for this was offered. Was a very costly stay for such an inconvenience. Also my 86 year old mother felt very rushed to let the valet take the car when they had just pulled up and hadn't even gotten their luggage out of the car yet. Room was nice otherwise and room service was good.

This place was great for our little honeymoon the staff was amazing coming in and heading out. We stayed in a riverview room and loved every minute of it. Staff left our room perfect to come back to after dinner too.

The hotel was very nice. However, there were some minor issues we had over a long Memorial Day weekend stay. First off the elevators on the property are very fast, however, they are also very loud. You hear them throughout the building constantly and it makes it difficult to sleep. The bar staff was mostly friendly, although they through away our unfinished drinks a couple times, and offered to make us new ones but always charged us for them. The fees at the hotel are pretty ridiculous. They will charge amenity fees on almost everything. But the staff up front was easy to work with and they worked with our flights in an early and late checkout. It was nice but I wouldn’t go back of my own choosing.
