The employees need more training in customer service. The front desk person did not have the attitude of helping to get my request granted (finding a phone charger to borrow) they only answered no and didnt offer any other potential solution. Housekeeping passed the buck to the front desk! Also, they were Very abrupt about keeping the stub for checked bags insinuating that we couldnt get our bags back if we didnt have the ticket.

They’ll let you split the ticket with another single on a 2-for-1 Tuesday. Nice food court. Could spend days skiing here.
