"The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location to get to the Franconia attractions. We would have liked some better quality pans in the kitchen and pillows in the bedroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again."

"We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking ..."
