“The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible and offered no support. There was a nice variety of foods offered for breakfast but the coffee was lukewarm at best. There was no hot water for showers. If you get up before 6am you will have some warm water if you are very quick about it. Overall, the cleanliness gets the most stars. ”

“Goshen is the middle-point between one daughter and her family in the Chicago area, and the other daughter and her family near Cleveland. So the Whitehouse was the perfect choice to meet midway. We brought both families, including grandchildren ranging from 1.5-11 years old to visit with their old grandpa (me). We visited, cooked, ate, swam, played games, ate some more, slept in late, and had a great time. The house was conducive to a great time, with its wonderful heated pool, well-equipped……

“I wanted to take my wife somewhere to relax and to get away. Gardengate was just wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Rhoda the owner and she was wonderful in so many ways. Her husband Tom was also so welcoming and kind..we felt like part of their family. The cottage was perfect and so nice. We loved the farm atmosphere and we were so impressed. I really cant say anything negative about our stay or the quality of the cottage. Rhoda was so helpful as the host and my wife and I……

“We loved the hot tub, the porch and the cabin. We loved venturing to Goshen and Elkhart and visiting the towns. There was a coffee table with lighting above that was perfect for our puzzle! We were looking for an isolated cabin, and this is not that, but it was very nice and the beds were super comfy.”
