1. The staff will cover their own! I trusted these people with leaving my items in my room however the cleaning personnel went through our bags wallets and stole money left in our bedroom. Brought this to the “manager’s” interest and said there was nothing that could be done & insinuated that we took our own funds. He claimed they saw us leave with our belongings however, we never left with the bag which contained the funds.
2. The taxi service HERE is a scam. I was charged about 25 USD for a drive to coco bongo area (approximately 5 minute drive at the time). They see Americans and will up charge you, better off taking a taxi on the street ordering Uber.
3. The food is MID. There is a limited variety of food and doing “reservations” is a waste of time. You will wait 20 extra minutes after reservation and wait an extra 45min - 1hrs for your actual meal.
