We go during the week at this time of year for an annual girls trip.we always stay in the Atrium rooms. It’s such a peaceful place. I was disappointed that Essen Haus allowed this commotion and the gathering in the Atrium. They had a conference room, so it seems that large gatherings should be confine to that area and the pool area. We paid good money to stay at our favorite hotel. It really affected our trip. We couldn’t even use the Atrium it was so packed. So disappointing. I don’t think we will chance that again.
