This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. "This hotel is really good for families (large rooms, comfy beds) also if you want to gather as a group. The hotel offers a “freetime-area” with tv room (incl. Netflix), board games, Outside area with basketball and toys for kids. What we loved most was the love for details (even toys for kids in breakfast room, sugar options such as xylit, decoration etc.). Hotel is in a calm area and offers space to relax (roof terrace, outdoor area, fitness room). We highly recommend staying there!!"

"This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
