“Was very happy with location and home. Delightful location by the river. Need to fix the door of the bedroom of the kitchen. Door was very difficult to open and close. Also livingroom couch is very old and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, we were very happy with accommodations.”

“Nice property with easy river access! Had everything we needed and quick drive to Garner State Park! Even with levels low this year, water behind house and you are able to float. Very quite and relaxing part of Frio out your back door.”
