"We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Grand Hyatt Vail. It was their low season, so not as chaotic and hectic (which we like), but still plenty to do like hiking, biking or simply having a lazy walk along the Gore Creek trails. One can do as much as they want, or simply nothing at all and enjoy the surrounding. The property is well kept, clean and plenty of space to roam around. We tried a couple of restaurants, Gessner Steakhouse & Makoto, both having outstanding & delicious fares. Highly recommend the resort, and if possible, book the room with balcony overlooking the mountain and creek."

"This hotel is exceptional, and the only thing better than the accommodations is the people employed there. Service is unparalleled, from the front desk to valet to housekeeping. There are some nice choices in town, but I don’t think I’ll ever stay elsewhere. "
