Staff at check in was rude and unhelpful. This is not a family friendly hotel and price of room and what I was received was too high and too little . Location was good and breakfast was good but can’t recommend it for much else

Will stay here again. Location is very central—close to tube stations and Thameslink, and walkable to Trafalgar/Covent Garden. Lots of dining options around if you’d rather not walk further.

Property has been upgraded over last few years. There is better lighting in the guest rooms. Lobby areas have been renovated. Did not use spa. Close to St. Paul’s Cathedral. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in this area of London.
