The property was safe! We arrived early & they said they could get us into our room early, we’ll it wasn’t our room, it was a room that was the second farthest room from all restaurants and facilities! The first evening We were walking back to our room & I had a serious injury to my right knee, immense pain! I’m not sure if I pulled a tendon or ligament! Any like I said we were the second farthest room from everything! The website said they had three restaurants that served breakfast, not true, only one, it was the O restaurant that served buffet! It was all the way on the other side of the property! I voiced my concerns about my knee injury, stating that it was no fault to the Hotel, they said sorry, no one offered to help move us to a closer room, they said sorry about restaurants being closed & only one open for breakfast! All of the restaurants we ate at, were clean, excellent food & staff! Just think the Hotel Staff could have been more accommodating!

This was a great location for a last minute trip, 20 minutes from the airport. Not a party vibe if that’s what you’re going for, definitely relaxing. The room met expectations, the food was good. The beach was nice however you can’t swim in the ocean in this part of Cabo.

Booked for my sons 4th birthday completely recommend, the staff is amazing to the fullest even before we arrived. The view the hotel itself is beautiful the all inclusive part is amazing the food & drinks are great. I always book thinking fully on how it accommodates my son & this place was great he enjoyed the kitty water park, the pools had a 1ft section included which was nice.

Horrible stay and staff ignore you! No food for kids not kids friendly like fruit always run out of food. No pizza only they give you one slice per family. People always fighting for the dinning due to supper long waiting periods and then after waiting for 1 to 2 hours they run out of food. All dining closes at 10 pm . Horrible!!! You ask for napkins or water anything only the person assigned to the area can help you and they are super busy and you can’t even self serve yourself. Do not recommend stay here. Nobody addresses your needs they just go from one person to the other. Horrible!!

The hotel is pretty, clean and spacious that's the only thing that my family and I likes! The rest was horrible!¡!¡! Trust me went I said horrible, terrible!!!! We arrived Saturday June 9, we went to eat at the Mexican restaurant there were not enough waiters and the one who was serving us was so rude he bring a completely different order to the one we ordered, We ask for more chips and salsa and he got mad and bring literally a little plate with chips and thats it! Every day was a new story a terrible story They run out of food and they don't care if you eat or not they always said there's no more Snacks bar close at 6pm Buffet and restaurant close at 10pm This vacation was a nightmare we contacted expedia 2 days later june 11, we want a solution and they only said sorry and send a little gift (2 mini slices of cake and 2 waters) If you are traveling especially with kids this is not a good hotel!!! Be aware of the reviews I though people were exaggerated but No, it happens to me and my family!

The hotel had areas with very bad smells. I didnt know you CAN NOT swim in the ocean in this beach. The restaurants didnt do reservations so we had to wait hours for service and they were short on staff so it would take super long. Poor waiters were awesome. Kids club would open later and close earlier than their established hours.
