“This is the place to be if you’re staying at Venice Beach. I seriously can not imagine better. Block away from the heart of the beach. The unit is perfect for 4 people. We cooked & grilled & there was plenty of space for that. The kitchen had everything you need. The bedding & towels were clean & quite nice. Quick drive to the grocery store. Room to park. Safe. Various restaurants in the region & 20 minutes to airport. Also close to every other LA attraction. Would stay there again!!”

“The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended.”

“This location had a beautiful view and serene outside location. Wonderful hosts, helped if we needed anything. We did not realize however it was the lower unit of the house. There were 2 families above us at different times during our stay, and we could hear every footstep from upstairs. Not ideal, I wish we would have known we were the lower unit, so we could expect that. Otherwise a beautiful place and we had a great time in Malibu!”

“This place was so bad, we decided to leave early. The best part was driving there. If you arrive at night the code key box is the same color as the brick wall it’s hard to find at night and lighting is horrible. There is no way to lock the sliding glass door when you leave it only locks from the inside. The kitchen, the microwave was dirty nasty. We bought groceries but regretted doing so because the cookware we needed was not in the kitchen. The coffee pot was dirty. The stove was dirty. We had...

“The property is in a great location, with a Whole Foods just down the block. The house is quiet and nicely appointed with a great bed, nice furniture, good coffee, and wonderful backyard views (take a nap on the hammock and listen to the bamboo sway in the breeze). It doesn’t have ac, but crack the doors and windows for a breeze and it’s just fine. We would have loved some options for pillows other than feather, but the bed was super comfy.
