All the staff was very helpful and courteous, however not having a concierge to direct you to activities was disappointing. Having arrived very early, being able to drop off luggage to visit NYC during the day before checking g in was most appreciated. My only other comment would be that the site’s street-level signage was quite poor. It was a bit challenging to find the entrance.

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant and answered any questions we had. The only critique of the room was there wasn't a bathroom fan so after a shower it was very humid and difficult for my girlfriend to do her make up. My main issue with this property was the moment you exited the front of the building, there were people bombarding you with whatever hustle they had going that day. Every time we left the building, and I mean everytime, there was someone standing right at the door trying to sell you bus tours. We must've said no at least 50 times in 2 days. I'm not sure there's anything the Crowne Plaza can do short of ask these people not to stand directly at the door but it was definitely off-putting.

Good location for going to shows. But it's elbow to elbow tourists. Were ripped off by yellow cab driver who said his meter wasn't working after he started to drive. Arranged by the hotel curb side staff!!

Overall I loved the location. The biggest challenge was there is no full time restaurant or convenient sitting area. However overall it is a clean and neat hotel and the staff are wonderful as well as the bar area, but it is only open from 5pm until 10:30. So any extra food service is via having it delivered from an outside source.

Crowne Plaza Time Square did not meet my expectations considering the price I paid just for one night. It felt busy and overwhelming. The room was clean but the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Weeks prior to my stay I tried phoning the hotel to see if we could decorate the room to celebrate a birthday, no one ever answered the phone. Didn’t feel a sense of comfort, felt like they just did what they had to for business needs. I wouldn’t recommend or plan to stay here a second time. I’d personally rate my stay as 5/10

The Crowne Plaza Times Square is very convenient to all attractions in Manhattan. We typically stay there when we are in NYC because it is convenient, clean and safe. This time our tub resurfacing was peeling off - why we rated the condition of the property a “4.” Other than the tub, everything else certainly met our expectations - especially the staff. They were helpful, congenial and pleasant.
