“The location is near Rossio train station, so it is very convenient. The hotel is clean, but the bathroom needs more space to put the guests’ things. Besides, I think the washbasin is pretty inconvenient for washing stuffs.”

“I booked a double room with bathroom. This was in a separate block overlooking the rear courtyard. Room was pleasant, spacious and clean, fittings were to a moderately good, basic standard. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location for shopping etc., and a 1km walk into town.”

“It is good in general. Breakfast is good as well. I stayed over 1 week but no cleaning service at all. There was a small insect climbing on my bed”

“The room is quite dirty. I had to clean the table myself. One of the beds has dirt. The curtain and wall had many dead bodies of bugs, which I don't know how to clean. Despite all these, the hotel is close to many bus stations and a metro station. It also provides breakfast. As I prefer a cleaner room over convenience, this hotel is not suitable for me.”

“Staff were great, and breakfast was pretty good too! Great location, but I'd only advise if you are fit and able. Lots of stairs and steep roads around. Room was great, bed good and clean. The shared bathroom was ok too. Some noise but nothing some ear plugs couldn't solve. Weather was mid 20s and did not have issues with it at night. Just keep the shutter closed during the day! ”
