The Supernova was amazing! Loved the staff because they were so wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it highly if you are interested in spending time in Porto. Also liked that there was delicious food, coffee, and dessert’s available, definitely check it out!!

Staff helped me after my passport and cell phone was stolen on the metro in Porto. Embassy closed today and Rayanaire would no let me on the plane so came back to Hostel and they printed out my bus ticket to Madrid. They even got me an Uber to go to the police station to report the theft.

It would have been much better if I knew the rooms are located in the basement, there is no window so the toilet is vulnerable to ventilation. but by and large, i am satisfied since the location was close to main district, price was cheap, and above all, there are kind staffs.

Very cute place ,clean and friendly . Unfortunately bedding need to be updated. Very uncomfortable pillows . Felt,like they filed with stones . Room is tiny ,and a ceiling right above your face.

Cannot fault this hostel! Better than 10/10! I booked same day after travel plans went awry. Very cheaply priced. The hostels common areas were comfortable and I felt quite at ease to hang around there for an entire evening when at a loose end. Staff very polite and happy to help. Added luxury in some rooms having a very small balcony. I sat out the balcony for hours. *Top Tip* the wicker chair fits outside on the balcony... It's a squeeze but ok for one person enjoying a beer
