Hadn’t stay here in a while and found it needs a lot of upgrades. Not welcoming at all. Poorly maintained grounds or maybe not maintained at all. Elevators appeared to be about ready to break. Panels with floor numbers were missing on two of the three elevators. Elevator floors were in poor conditions. Carpets in hallway were super dirty and stained. I like La Quinta Inn, so I report this so that you all will addressed this issues so I don’t look for another hotel to stay.

The property was under construction so the dirty comments are not geared towards that. The washcloths and tub rug were dirty with visible black lines in the folds. The shower head was broken and was only a small little stream. The staff on Sunday were rude and not helpful. My daughter spilled her drink and a Hispanic worker at the breakfast area saw it, stopped, and let an out a huge annoyed sigh and then walked away and did not come back to help clean. The waffle batter was horrible it tasted like biscuit dough. The hallways were extremely hot as well.

Had an amazing day at this property. Rose from the front desk was extremely friendly, her customer service was one of them by far one of the best that I have experienced and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the year. Definitely recommend this place someone that is flying in to the San Antonio international airport.
