"Fabulous "

"We've just got back from a great family holiday at the Palladium Resort & Spa Sicily. We chose to stay at the hotel each day and enjoy the sun, pool with the children rather than venture out and the resort offered us a good mix of both relaxing by the pool and extra activities for the children. The kids club and area was great for our youngest and our eldest also enjoyed a few hours there making the most of the art supplies. If you would like to eat at one of the other restaurants on site you do need to be quick to book on arrival. However we found the buffet restaurant worked well for us with the children and with a different themed night each evening we didn't feel we missed out not eating at the other venues. Thank you to all the staff for being happy as well as helpful. The holiday was just what we needed and we would highly recommend the resort !! "

"Fantastic location, spectacular view and a very professional staff. The entire staff was cordial and helpful but one person (Joshua) was instrumental in making our stay extraordinay."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice and clean, but the staff could be nicer. The dining service was not very welcoming of separating our checks as we were traveling with a large group of students that needed to pay for themselves. Our request was met with an eye roll and a sigh."

"It was a good stay Though at the check in , I didn’t get the room I reserved and I was trapped in the ey. The elevator problem was quickly solved. And I was offered a good discount for the room issue."

"Beautiful grounds unlike any other. Renovated room was extremely spacious and perfect for our stay. Not sure if all the rooms are renovated but the room we received was even better than expected. Shuttle bus is also very convenient"
