"Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! "Fun hostel to stay at while still being in a private room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Water in the shower was lukewarm at best most times. My only real complaint is that my room was on the 6th floor and the elevator only went up to floor 4 so I had to lug a 50lb bag up 2 flights of extremely narrow stairs with no assistance. "

"I did find my fan room a bit noisy because the windows weren't glazed, so I upgraded to an AC room. I enjoyed my stay."

"This hotel was in such a bad, dirty neighborhood. It was super dangerous at night. The hotel is very run down and needs many, many repairs. There were sometimes no toilet paper in the bathrooms. The room itself was so small it was hard to move around in. I could touch both walls with my hands and I am 5’2”! There was no air conditioning or WiFi. There was a tiny, old fan blowing very little air. The staff was pretty nice and helpful though. "
