Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. "The hotel was close to the port which was great. It saved us taxi money. It was also so close to the beautiful shopping district and many restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The veeakfast buffet was impeccable. The only downside (and it was a big one for us) was the loud music playing to the late hours of the night from the bar across the street. We couldnt sleep. It was absolutely unberable."

"Wow, what a place! Spectacular views, many great pools (hot and cold), thermal baths, sauna, spa (reasonably priced), helpful and gracious staff, ultra-clean, nice room if not terribly large. Would stay here again if I returned. Food in the main restaurant was good but not superb and selection was a bit limited with dishes not especially imaginative, yet even this quibble is not enough to reduce my 5-star rating. Especially since the breakfast (came with price of room) was super! Loved the piano...
