“We were attending an event at Raising Cane's Rivercenter and wanted to be somewhere that we didn't have to worry about driving through traffic or paying parking fees. This location is PERFECT. We walked to the riverfront for sightseeing, walked to PJs Coffee and were able to walk to the event center (all less than 10 minutes walk). That being said - there were some events at night that brought a lot of traffic. People were outside "pre-gaming" and hanging out. I don't know if I would go...

“My daughter was playing in a soccer tournament in Baton Rouge that could last anywhere from 3 to 7 days. We opted to not do a hotel. This condo was perfect and about a 7 minute drive to the field. It was great! Host were hands down the BEST! Very easy to communicate with and very flexible with check in and check out times. Will for sure stay here again.”

“Had my sister and her husband join me and my wife for a LSU baseball game and it was absolutely perfect for the four of us. Place was clean and well equipped for our needs. We will definitely check the availability for future LSU games or events in Baton Rouge.”

“The building/condo are in the historic district meaning they are a little bit old and beginning to show just a few wrinkles. However, when you step into the condo you start dancing and hooting & hollering because, happily, you are in the middle of Mardi Gras in NOLA. Awesome!!! The condo is very spacious and has great comfy couches and ditto on the bed, a big walk-in closet and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of reserved/private parking spaces just a few steps from the condo. Weather...

“Location was perfect, we were in town for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk. Our stay was good, we werent there much at all. I would stay again for a short trip, probably not more than a couple of days though. I think the place definitely could use a good deep clean.”

“This property is perfect for a small or larger group. The host is very pleasant and extremely attentive. They thought of everything. I especially appreciated the snacks and personalized welcome sign after a long day of traveling! The condo is clean, comfortable, and relaxing with all the comforts of home. Great location as well. “The property was clean, spacious, and lovely modern decor just like the photos. Checkin was seamless and easy, there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. The fully stocked Keurig coffee station was a great plus for us. Blake was a dream host in that he communicated immediately and was very nice to my family’s unforeseen special needs. The property was minutes from LSU and all of our activities for the weekend. We will stay here again anytime we need accommodations in Baton Rouge.”

“Pictures were accurate so no surprises. Listing said there was a hair dryer but that was not true which was an issue for me. The main bathroom did not have a shower curtain so only one bathroom was available for showers which the tub was so clogged you were instantly standing in water!”

The house was meticulously clean and Kellie was very responsive when we asked for a late checkout due to inclement weather. We would certainly stay there again if and when we return to Baton Rouge!”
