“This condo was perfect for us and accommodated us very well. It was clean. Air conditioning stayed cool. Plenty of silverware, cookware, plates, bowls. Washer and dryer worked great. User error on the door knob trying to get it open but Ron answered the phone right away and walked me through to get it open. I look forward to booking here again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The home is very tastefully decorated and has all needed supplies. The area is very beautiful with many amenities! The only negative was noisy AC and dust under furniture in bedroom. Lost pacifier under dresser, from a previous guest, indicates the floor was not properly vacuumed or mopped. We pay for cleaning so expect a clean place.”

“This property is perfectly located and very quiet. It’s close to the Spanish Moss Trail if you enjoy biking. The view of the water from the balcony was great. We enjoyed watching all the boats go by. We’ll be back for sure!”

“We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. “I have some mobility issues, so having the elevator right outside their condo door was a huge plus. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony over looking the marsh. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been to have darker curtains in the master bedroom so we could have sleep in some. And the coffee pot and clothes dryer did not work very well. All and all we had a great stay and enjoyed the area very much!”

“Overall the property is great. Inside the villa you will find updated decor and the kitchen is top notch. Location to the beach is excellent. The only advice I can give is to be aware that you will have people above you and the noise is very loud. Every time someone walks or opens the sliding door in the villa above this one, the noise echos below. “We had a great stay. My kids loved the pirate-themed bunkbeds. We'd been to this community before, but this one was a lot nicer than the other condos we've been in. Huge TV made the colors in Bluey pop for my kids. Will stay again.”
