Wonderful hotel in a great location by the waterfront. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and Wine Bar had excellent food. Complimentary Breakfast was fantastic Definitely recommend his hotel as a must stay in Bergen

The area was excellent. Breakfast excellent. Staff service excellent. Room condition very poor with no phone to call front desk with any problems. Electrical were bad and constantly tripping. The room had no hangers or closets and so one needs to be always packed up. Room size and color is good. No air conditioning. Room was too hot to have good sleep.

The hotel's location is its main attraction, and the interior is modern and well-maintained. The staff are generally friendly, although one older receptionist(an old lady)communicated carelessly and did not make eye contact with customers. To add to the disappointment, there was noise throughout the night. Additionally, I booked an ocean-view room, but from the second floor, all I could see was the seafood market across the street.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, going the extra by posting my husband’s wallet back to the UK. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh. Our room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view.

The property located in the historic center of the city. It’s clean and friendly. The only negative so far the elevator only goes up to 6 floor. Than you have to pass 6 floor corridor to go on industrial looking stairs with no one to assist with luggage. Seams that it was one building hotel originally and adjacent building had been bought later. Now they trying to figure out how to make it work. If you have a problem to go on a stairs with a luggage make sure to specify that you need a room on the floor with elevator

This hotel was just like it’s name Magic. Was amazing! Location was right in front of waterfront. The view was amazing. Staff were super nice and helpful. Everything was walking distance. Breakfast was a plus. Highly recommend

Modern hotel in an excellent location
Excellent location with a fantastic view of the wharf. The room is modern and clean. Staff at the reception friendly and helpful, sorting out takeway breakfast for me for an early morning check-out.

Location perfect, staff great, decor very nice and stylish, room spacious and clean and again stylish. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars were, bar closes on sundays which for an international hotel is not right, but I respect their choices. towels were of a 2* hotel standard, thin and small, not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
