“Everything was great for our stay. We stayed a month. Condo had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked good. Condo was clean and check in went smoothly which was great because we arrived at 4 am it was wonderful waking up to that beautiful view everyday. “We chose this property because it was close to our son and his family. We were hoping they would stay with us to give them a mini-vacation, but they did not want to sleep on a sofa bed. Kevin was very accommodating when we called him for some essentials (propane tank for grill) and brought what we asked for plus some grilling utensils. “Property was neat and clean. Everything was as listed in the ad. Rooftop had nice views. (2nd bathroom is upstairs but not an issue). Unit had beach chairs, dominoe tables, buggy for the beach, grill- everything you need for a great beach stay. My only drawback was I had difficulty getting in the unit but it turns out that an email with details was sent but I never got it. I had an issue with the power on our last day but I text and she immediately responded and gave me an update of the issue which give anyone the confidence of how responsible she is. “Our stay was better than we expected. From the beginning Maria was available to answer my questions and was also a quick call away when needed. The condo looked exactly pictured. We felt very safe since there was 24/7 security. It had everything we need for our stay and having a washer/Dryer was amazing to avoid traveling back with dirty laundry.
