“This was a great house for couples. There are four king bedrooms plus a cabana room with a full bath and twin bed. The description of the bedrooms was a bit confusing so I’m adding for clarity. There are also 5 bathrooms. If I had one complaint it is that there isn’t enough seating in the den even though it could accommodate more seating. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen is VERY well stocked. There are two kitchens. It’s really a great find especially if you’re looking for couples...

Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”

“Absolutely beautiful property & location was amazing!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house has a wonderful lanai and pool area that accommodates many people …. This home has a lot of steps that was the only downfall so if you have somebody in your party, that can’t handle steps. This wouldn’t be a good location for them but other than that everything was great.”

“We stayed at this property together as sisters with our mother. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as advertised. We stayed at this property due to all of us wanting our own rooms and the privacy was well worth it! We’d love to go back next year with more family to stay at the adjacent unit. The property manager never took more than 10 mins to respond to questions and was very communicative. We hope to be back soon!”

“The location of this home couldn’t be any better. It is located on Gulf Drive, so 20 steps to the beach. There is vehicular traffic; however , this is outweighed by the benefits of being so close to the beach and being able to pop over to the house for lunch and not having to pack up all of the beach gear. We stopped at Publix to get essentials for the week. The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookwear.”
