“I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. “There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!”

“This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.”

“Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!”

These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. We ended up walking from the Hollywood bowl after the concert bc it was hard to get an Uber. The walk was safe and very easy! “Overall a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Minor inconveniences; we weren't able to close the slide door to the smallest bathroom, and; we couldn't get the outside controls to the garage door to work. Everything else was great. Thank you.”

“The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney .”
